Meet Naomi & Adyam
We met seven years ago at the creative agency Anomaly in NYC, where we both continue to work full-time as a Business Director and Business Operations Director, respectively.
Throughout our tenure, we've partnered with some of the world’s most recognizable brands—spanning big tech (Amazon, Google), automotive (Chevrolet), and spirits (Diageo), among others. Our work has focused on helping legacy brands stay relevant in a digitally driven world by building breakthrough, culturally resonant creative platforms that earn attention and drive meaningful engagement.
We’ve never been ones to shy away from a challenge. That mindset has earned us the trust of Anomaly’s executive leadership and recognition as Employees of the Year in both 2019 and 2024.
Together, our combined expertise spans business leadership, strategy, and operations—positioning us to confidently step into the roles of CEO and COO of That Aisle.
We are deeply passionate about empowering the next generation of Black men and women by creating access and opportunity. Today, we’re extending that mission into the hair care industry as we work to reimagine the future of textured hair care.
