A. Profile Matches
To enhance community engagement, we use your onboarding responses—specifically your state, hair type, texture, porosity, and density—to match you with other members who have similar characteristics.
When matched, users may view the following information about each other:
Username (users may choose any display name)
Favorite products
Number of posts and comments
Membership start date
Implied hair characteristics, as inferred from match criteria
We do not share sensitive data, contact information, or private messages as part of Profile Matches. Users may control visibility or participation in matching features through their account settings (if applicable).
B. Push Notifications
We send push notifications for various purposes, including:
Replies to your posts or comments
Reminders about products in your wishlist
Wash day or routine reminders
New product alerts
Marketing messages and engagement nudges (e.g., encouraging users to revisit the App)
You may manage or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or within the App. Where required by law, we obtain your consent before sending marketing-related notifications.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your Personal Data. However, we may share it with Service Providers, Legal Authorities when required by law, and Business Partners in the event of a merger or acquisition.
